We hope this message finds you well. With All Stars and Dynamos starting, we will see a considerable increase in the numbers of people at the Club on Friday evenings. As valued members of our club, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of supporting our bar staff and maintaining a respectful environment.

]Assisting at the Bar

We greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer at the bar. Helping with tasks such as restocking supplies, clearing tables, and ensuring the area remains clean can make a significant difference. Please consider taking a few moments to contribute, as your efforts help keep our club running smoothly.

Food offering
We currently do not have enough volunteers to run the barbecue but you may have seen the freezer lent to us by Matt Taylor, which has a selection of ice creams. We are also hopeful of providing some sausages and prepared dishes as well as crisps, nuts and sweets. However, this all requires work by volunteers, so we would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Respecting Bar Staff

Our bar staff work diligently to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members. It is essential that we treat them with the utmost respect and courtesy. This includes:
• Being patient during busy periods
• Using polite language and manners
• Following any instructions or guidelines they provide
• Thanking them for their hard work
By working together and showing respect, we can ensure that our club remains a pleasant and enjoyable place for everyone. The bar remains the largest source of income for our Club, so we will do whatever is necessary to preserve our licence.
