It is Ground Force Day 2018 - Your club needs you!

This is a final rally call to round up any willing volunteers to help with a whole host of jobs needing to be done in order to get Alcester & Ragley Park Cricket Club up and running for the 2018 season!

It sure doesn't feel like the cricket season is just around the corner, however with the first games being played in a matter of weeks, we need as much assistance as we can get to be ready for when the sunshine eventually arrives!

Its Ground Force day! And it’s happening this Saturday 7th April - 10am - till 2pm.

Jobs to be completed:

  • Clean and tidy of the pavilion;
  • Sight-screen to be fixed;
  • New sight-screen covers to put up;
  • White picket fence to be assessed and plan of action put in place;
  • Outdoor nets to be put out;
  • New Scoreboard fixture/frame to be erected;
  • Plus many other odd jobs...

All efforts will be greatly appreciated and rewarded with complimentary bacon sarnie for those that first arrive and tea, coffee and biscuits for the duration.

What: ARPCC Ground Force Day
When: 10am - when the job is done - Saturday 7th April 2018

We look forward to seeing many of you there!
