South Warwickshire’s most friendly and forward-looking cricket club is establishing a Women & Girls team for the 2019 season and is seeking new recruits for this exciting project.

With the backing of Warwickshire Cricket our pro-active team of accredited coaches, assistants and parents is providing an ECB approved Women/Girls winter training program.

Dates: From Sunday January 27th 4pm – 5pm for 10 weeks
Venue: Alcester Grammar School Sports Hall
Cost: £5 / session with first 2 sessions free*

Open to Women and girls, from Year 7 (Ages 10+) & up, who will receive an introduction to softball cricket, bat and ball skills, fielding and fitness drills.

All equipment will be provided, but any participants who may have previously played are welcome to bring their own bats, gloves, pads etc.

The emphasis will be on the fun and team spirit that is unique to cricket, whilst keeping fit in a safe and pastoral setting.
